Raj's entrepreneurial story began remarkably early — from approximately the age of 12, whilst still at school, he worked in restaurants around Northampton. What began as a first job developed into a lifelong passion for food, hospitality and entrepreneurship, fuelled by natural curiosity and a love of cuisines from around the world.
Raj established his first restaurant business in Long Buckby, Northamptonshire. Over subsequent years, he acquired and operated further restaurant businesses, gaining extensive experience across hospitality, management, operations and investment.
Recognising the potential of property investment and development, Raj diversified his entrepreneurial interests, building a substantial residential and commercial portfolio alongside his hospitality ventures — always with an eye on long-term, enduring value across England and Wales.
Having deliberately transitioned from the demanding day-to-day operations of earlier years, Raj and Ann now enjoy the freedom to explore new opportunities, intellectual pursuits and avenues for meaningful social impact — while continuing to steward and grow their portfolio.
